Leader, no superhero

are many definitions that have been given about what leadership is, the characteristics of a good leader and the concept that we ourselves can have on the subject.

Many times people tend to deify whose qualities, work and success in it have had particular significance, this makes them look better than before our eyes, unreachable and difficult to imitate.

Actually this is not so, if we look closer, many great leaders do not belong to a particular social class, ethnic or religious group, they are just people who have painstakingly made their dream a reality small constant and enthralling to his followers. These are people who have been through hard work and experience can only be achieved through mistakes.

We find very often as their main skills:

The ability to translate the thousands of ideas that exist in your mind on a specific objective may be extended in time measurement, this is what is known as having vision.
The second skill is to transmit this dream to a certain group of followers so that they are willing to commit to the cause and do so voluntarily and without manipulation. In order to convey a concept not to be a great speaker, just requires a lot of knowledge on the subject and a practical and simple language full of examples and analogies that anyone could figure out easily.
From the above, ie how the concepts are highly dependent transmit the third skill that is to generate trust and credibility, it achieves a higher level of commitment and is reflected in a greater effort that ultimately translates into the success of the work started.

But I think perhaps the most important skill of a leader is to sow the seed in their employees so that each individual is a leader by understanding that higher fat or thin, shy or bold it may be, you can always explode convey what has been mentioned above.

A leader is not born, nor is the overnight, a leader forged through work, dynamism and faith in what you will, optimism, confidence in group work and dedication.
