Chairman of the Movement for Freedom of the UASD Guinea speaks of human rights violations in that country wins Febrillet


President Movement for Freedom and Change, fighting for the restoration of human rights in Equatorial Guinea spoke of the situation facing the people of this Central African country with regard to civil liberties.

Daniel Oyono, a veteran fighter against the dictatorship of almost 30 years chaired Teodoro Obiang, addressed this topic during a lecture delivered yesterday in the Orientation Room of the University of Santo Domingo (UASD), located in the Central Library of the Academy.

Oyono said that because of political persecution carried out by the dominant regime in their country, many leaders of this movement have had to maintain their struggle from abroad, especially from Spain, but noted that their greater militancy continues in Equatorial Guinea.
